monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.

monday CRM is the fastest-growing CRM on the market. With over 50,000 customers, we've built a platform that revenue teams trust. AI is now changing what CRM can do, and we're building the partner ecosystem to scale that capability.

This role owns the recruitment and growth of that ecosystem in North America. You will identify and sign the right RevOps agencies, get them live on monday CRM, and own the ongoing partner relationships that drive pipeline. The primary motion is qualifying and closing inbound partner applications, with outbound recruiting, referrals, and your own network layered in when the opportunity calls for it.

Day to day, you're identifying target agencies, running partner discovery calls, negotiating partnership agreements, and managing an active book of partners through QBRs and deal support. You'll work closely with the Agentic Services Lead and GTM Engineer to move newly signed partners through activation quickly.

About The Role
  • Identify and recruit high-fit North American RevOps agencies, using monday's own agentic CRM platform as your primary recruiting engine.

  • Own the full recruitment funnel from initial prospecting through signed partnership agreements.

  • Carry a partner-sourced pipeline number. You own the top of the funnel and the partners you sign.

  • Build on the foundational processes and playbooks for the CRM partner motion in North America.

  • Experiment with and build AI-driven workflows into your recruitment and partner management process.

Requirements
  • Experience in sales or partnerships, with a track record of qualifying and closing inbound applications and running outbound when needed.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify, negotiate, and close partnership agreements with professional services firms.

  • Deep curiosity for the AI ecosystem. You build with AI tools, not just read about them, and you can speak fluently to partners about the future of AI-powered CRM.

  • Comfortable building in a fast-moving environment where the market is still taking shape.

What monday.com can offer you:
  • Join a customer-centric team where transparency and ownership aren't just buzzwords, they are how we build

  • Work on a multi-product suite powered by advanced AI models, where your work reaches a large customer base

  • Opportunity to join an innovative company with big ambitions, competitive salary and benefits, bonus potential, and some roles are eligible to take part in the company equity incentive program

  • Grow your career through a dedicated Learning and Development team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons designed to help you master the latest

  • Collaborative and vibrant work environment, supported by global Employee Resource Groups and workplace teams that foster belonging across global offices in New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $139,000 - $203,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
