monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.
monday CRM is the fastest-growing CRM on the market. With over 50,000 customers, we've built a platform that revenue teams trust. AI is now changing what CRM can do, and we're building the partner ecosystem to scale that capability.
Our CRM partners are at the center of that shift. They're building repeatable, billable AI services practices on top of monday CRM, and this role exists to help them get there.
You'll work directly with partners to help them price, package, and deliver agentic services to their customers. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to understand how agentic systems work well enough to guide a partner through building one. You'll coordinate with monday's Partner Project Management and Professional Services teams to move partners from concept to live delivery.
Success is measured by partner outcomes: agencies with a live agentic services offering, customers running agentic workflows on monday CRM, and a growing library of repeatable delivery assets the broader ecosystem can use.
Day to day, you're running enablement sessions with agency principals and delivery leads, reviewing partner proposals, co-delivering early implementations alongside the PPM team, and building the playbooks that make the next 10 partners faster than the first 3.
