Requirements

Must Have

  • Practical understanding of the full content production lifecycle, from a brief and brand toolkit to a finished, format-ready deliverable.
  • Proven hands-on experience applying generative AI in real content-production workflows.
  • Experience with AI image-generation and editing tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, or comparable tools.
  • Experience with AI video and animation tools such as RunwayML, Higgsfield, or comparable tools.
  • Experience with AI-powered layout and document tools such as Claude Design or comparable solutions.
  • Experience building interactive content through vibe-coding tools such as Claude, Lovable, or similar platforms.
  • Experience automating recurring production tasks through plugins or simple workflows using tools such as n8n, Google Sheets, or Google Calendar.
  • Experience applying AI in a real business environment, such as a startup, scale-up, or enterprise.
  • Strong communication and teaching skills, with the ability to explain practical workflows to non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Availability to work within European time zones.

Nice to Have

  • Experience delivering workshops, live training, webinars, or internal enablement sessions.
  • Experience producing content for internal communications, marketing, events, or partnership teams.
  • Experience translating brand guidelines into repeatable AI-assisted production systems.
  • Experience designing templates, checklists, learning materials, or practical case studies.
  • Experience assessing AI-generated content for quality, brand consistency, usability, and production readiness.
  • Additional language skills relevant to international audiences.
What we can offer you
  • The opportunity to shape a practical AI course built around real content-production workflows.
  • A role that combines hands-on teaching with subject-matter expertise and course development.
  • Collaboration with an international curriculum and learning team.
  • The opportunity to turn emerging AI capabilities into practical, reusable methods for professional teams.
  • Direct influence on course materials, templates, cases, and applied exercises.
