Overview

Empire and Co. is currently seeking a creative and tech-forward AI Content & Visualization Specialist to join our team at our NYC office. This is a full-time, hybrid role focused on leveraging AI tools to produce high-quality visual and written content that supports sales efforts, client presentations, and revenue-generating opportunities.

This position plays a key role in enhancing content production efficiency, supporting cross-functional teams, and helping scale creative output across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a NYC-based, collaborative environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Content Creation & Visualization
  • Generate high-quality product imagery for spec sheets and Empire Shop using AI tools
  • Create presentation-ready visualizations to support sales pitches, bids, and client deliverables
  • Develop and refine AI-generated written content for proposals, RFPs, and marketing materials
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and client expectations
Workflow Optimization & Innovation
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies in current content creation processes and recommend improvements
  • Build and maintain reusable prompt frameworks for both visual and written content
  • Leverage AI tools to increase speed, scalability, and consistency of deliverables
  • Stay up to date on emerging AI technologies and best practices
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Design, Marketing, and RFP teams to support active opportunities
  • Manage and prioritize incoming content requests across multiple teams
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials aligned with project timelines and business needs
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations
QualificationsSkills, Qualifications & Compensation
  • Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Runway, or similar;.
  • Compensation will vary within the $70,000 – $90,000 range based on experience and proficiency
  • Experience using AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), with stronger portfolios and demonstrated impact influencing placement within the salary range
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), Figma, or similar design tools
  • Interest in interior design, architecture, commercial real estate, or furniture preferred
  • Strong ability to balance creativity with efficiency in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus potential and benefits included as part of the overall compensation package
What Success Looks Like in 6 Months

By the six-month mark, you will have:

  • Increased the volume and speed of high-quality product imagery for spec sheets and Empire Shop
  • Delivered presentation-ready visualizations and tailored content supporting live bids and RFP submissions
  • Built reusable prompt frameworks and scalable workflows for content creation
  • Established strong working relationships with Sales, Design, Marketing, and RFP teams
  • Created systems to efficiently prioritize and manage cross-functional requests
  • Identified and implemented improvements to streamline and scale content production
