Own company-wide AI education and adoption at an AI-native workflow automation company. Design learning programs, evaluate new models and tools, embed with teams to redesign workflows around agents, build internal tools and in-workflow learning systems, and define adoption metrics. The role requires hands-on experience with frontier models, coding agents, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and workflow automation, plus the ability to drive technical capability adoption across technical and non-technical teams.
The summary above was generated by AI

Our client is a fast-growing enterprise workflow automation company building AI agents that perform high-stakes knowledge work. The company recently raised a $100M Series B at a $1B+ valuation, has raised $140M in total, and is scaling an approximately 120-person team from its Flatiron headquarters.

You will own how an already AI-native organization learns, adapts, and works alongside rapidly evolving models and agents. This is not an introductory training role. You will stay at the frontier of AI capabilities, build with new tools as they ship, embed with teams, and create the company-wide playbook for human-and-agent collaboration at scale.

You will design company-wide AI education programs, test new models and tools on release day, embed with teams to redesign workflows around agents, build internal tools and in-workflow learning systems, and define adoption metrics.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience spanning AI enablement, technical education, developer advocacy, solutions engineering, applied AI, or adjacent roles. Daily hands-on use of frontier models, coding agents, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and workflow-automation tools. A track record of helping teams adopt new technical capabilities and measuring whether behavior actually changed. The ability to form sharp, practical opinions about new model releases and communicate them to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience building agents, workflows, or internal tools rather than only presenting conceptual training. High agency and comfort in a fast-moving AI-native environment.

Benefits

$100K-$300K base salary plus competitive equity. Full-time and on-site five days per week in Flatiron, New York City. Visa transfers, including OPT and H-1B transfers, may be considered.
