Role Summary

The Capital Partners (CP) Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enablement Senior Analyst will support efforts to scale AI as a core operating capability across the Capital Partners business. Working under the leadership of the CP AI Design & Enablement & Adoption Lead, this role will support the rollout of CP's AI strategy by translating approved AI capabilities into practical, role-relevant guidance, learning materials, and adoption support. The role will help employees effectively integrate approved AI tools into their day-to-day work, ensuring usage is aligned with established business processes, responsible AI principles, and applicable governance requirements. This role will play a key part in coordinating working sessions, supporting program execution, managing follow-through across enablement activities, supporting AI onboarding, maintaining enablement and knowledge assets, gathering structured user feedback, and fostering sustained adoption and localized innovation.


1. AI Use Case Pilots and Deployment

  • Deliver role-relevant AI enablement through workshops, onboarding sessions, demonstrations, and self-service learning resources.
  • Translate approved AI capabilities, workflow patterns, and responsible-use expectations into simple guidance that employees can apply in daily work.
  • Coordinate enablement activities with product releases, communications, change plans, working sessions, and business-readiness milestones.
  • Help accelerate ROI-driven AI use cases, ensuring initiatives progress from pilot to production-ready solutions with measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure adoption efforts are coordinated with enablement, change, communication, and readiness plans.
  • Support the rollout of AI tools across CP teams, establishing a foundation for sustained adoption, behavioral change, and scalable processes.
  • Design and deliver practical, role-relevant AI enablement programs that help employees understand how and when to use AI within existing workflows.
  • Help maintain the Capital Partners AI Use Case Inventory
  • Support process mapping and future-state process design discussions, helping business partners identify where approved AI capabilities can improve workflow effectiveness, reduce friction, or support better business outcomes.

2. Knowledge Assets & Adoption Support

  • Develop and maintain scalable playbooks, prompt patterns, quick-start guides, FAQs, examples, and onboarding materials using approved templates and terminology.
  • Partner with content owners and Knowledge Management to publish current, discoverable materials and retire outdated or duplicative guidance.
  • Provide first-line adoption support by answering common questions with approved materials, directing users to established resources, and escalating unresolved items.
  • Proactively identify roadblocks, raise risks or delays early, and suggest practical options to keep enablement activities moving forward.

 

3. Feedback, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Capture adoption feedback, user questions, friction points, training needs, and content gaps using established intake and documentation methods.
  • Help compile insights and recurring themes to inform enablement updates, support plans, retrospectives, process improvements, and continuous improvement.
  • Use only approved tools, data sources, templates, and channels, and escalate suspected content, access, data-handling, or usage concerns through established processes.
  • Monitor usage and adoption metrics, gather feedback, and recommend course corrections based on business value and user experience.

 

Relevant Knowledge & Exposure

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated ability to manage workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and drive processes to completion.
  • Experience supporting enablement, training, change management, process improvement, or adoption of new tools.
  • Strong organizational and process management skills, with attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to keep multiple activities on track.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize competing workstreams, manage shifting timelines, and follow through without losing detail.
  • Strong communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across business and technology.
  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools, data concepts, business processes, and technology-enabled ways of working; deep technical AI expertise is not required.
  • Proactive and creative mindset, with the confidence to ask for help, escalate when work is off track, and suggest practical ways to resolve roadblocks.
  • Experience in regulated or complex environments preferred.
  • Skilled at facilitating discussions and engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Exposure to process mapping, workflow design or redesign, business analysis, or transformation initiatives is preferred.

   

Salary Range

NY: $90,000 - $130,000 base salary + annual bonus opportunity

BBH and its affiliates' compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
