As a Senior Product Associate in Chase’s Agentic Experience organization, you are an integral part of the team building and scaling the foundational agentic capability (NAC) across web and mobile. In this role, you’ll own the core platform and cross-channel building blocks that enable consistent, high-quality agentic experiences—such as channel-optimized rendering patterns, a reusable design system/library, conversational primitives, widgets/components, and integration frameworks used by partner teams. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, stability, and usability, you will collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Channel partners to deliver a cohesive foundation that accelerates delivery of agentic experiences across the ecosystem.

Job responsibilities

  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
  • Own the foundational NAC roadmap and product strategy—defining the core capabilities, reusable building blocks, and cross-channel standards needed to deliver agentic experiences at scale across web and mobile
  • Design and scale cross-channel frameworks including rendering/design pattern guidance, reusable UI component/widget libraries, and interaction standards that ensure consistency while supporting channel-specific optimization
  • Define and evolve conversational foundations (e.g., reusable conversational functions, interaction patterns, guardrails, handoffs, and response structures) to enable consistent agent behavior across surfaces
  • Partner deeply with Engineering and Design to translate platform needs into clear product requirements (PRDs), acceptance criteria, and prioritized milestones; drive delivery through the full product development lifecycle
  • Own and maintain a product backlog spanning foundational capabilities, widgets/components, channel enablement work, and platform integrations—ensuring alignment to the broader Agentic Experience strategic roadmap
  • Establish platform quality and scale mechanisms (documentation, governance, adoption pathways for internal teams, integration playbooks, versioning, and deprecation plans) to ensure reusable foundations are easy to implement and maintain
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Proven ability to deliver and scale capabilities across complex, multi-channel digital products (web and mobile), including experience with design systems, reusable UI patterns, or platform enablement for partner teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams (Channels, Design, Engineering, Analytics) and drive decisions independently without escalation
