Role Summary

Bridge is seeking a AI Product Builder who combines product intuition, technical reasoning, and business judgment. In this role, you’ll transform ideas into working prototypes using AI-assisted and low-code tools—such as Cursor, Lovable, Retool, Framer, and Zapier—to accelerate product development and internal innovation.

You’ll work closely with Bridge’s leadership team to design, test, and iterate new product concepts, automations, and workflows that make financing simpler and faster for our customers.

This role is perfect for someone who’s both analytical and entrepreneurial—comfortable reasoning through systems, designing solutions, and building high-quality tools with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategic product ideas into functional prototypes using AI and low-code tools.
• Build and iterate on applications that automate financial workflows, improve user experience, and enhance data operations.
• Connect internal and external systems via APIs and data integrations.
• Collaborate with leadership to define problems, scope solutions, and validate product direction.
• Evaluate tradeoffs between design, scalability, and speed to inform iteration cycles.
• Bring engineering structure and product reasoning to ambiguous problem spaces.
• Document builds, share learnings, and support handoffs to engineering or production environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in product, engineering, fintech, or a related analytical or technical role.
• Strong product and systems thinking — able to reason about architecture, workflows, and dependencies.
• Hands-on experience or comfort with AI-assisted and low-code/no-code tools (Cursor, Lovable, Retool, Framer, Bubble, Zapier, Airtable, etc.).
• Ability to work with APIs, databases, and data models; some coding or scripting ability (Python, JavaScript, or SQL) is a plus.
• Experience or strong interest in finance, credit, or data-driven products.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Appreciation for clean UX and functional design, even if not a formal designer.
