About the Job:  

As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you’ll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As an AI Transformation Lead, you will drive and oversee our strategic initiatives that leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and unlock new revenue opportunities. This is a senior-level role requiring deep expertise in leading large-scale transformation projects, advising executive stakeholders, and bridging the gap between AI technologies and business outcomes. 

What You’ll Get to Do:  

• Lead enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives from strategy through deployment, aligning AI solutions with measurable business goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, translating complex business challenges into AI-driven opportunities.
• Identify and execute high-impact AI/ML use cases that drive revenue, improve operational performance, and streamline key financial workflows.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Engineers, and business stakeholders to shape transformation priorities and delivery roadmaps.
• Apply deep knowledge of Financial Services to design tailored solutions for capital markets and financial operations.
• Define success metrics and KPIs to track AI performance, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Champion innovation by staying current with emerging AI/ML tools, platforms, and trends—and applying them pragmatically within the business.

What You’ll Bring with You:  

• Proven experience leading large-scale digital or AI transformation programs with senior stakeholder engagement and board-level visibility.
• Demonstrated ability to turn AI/ML capabilities into tangible outcomes; revenue gains, cost savings, and efficiency boosts.
• Background in consulting within financial services environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive sponsors.
• Experience managing diverse, distributed teams in a matrixed or global organization.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and the ability to convert business needs into scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in AI/ML, data science, or transformation management are a plus.
• Willingness to work hybrid/onsite in our NY office.
