About the Job
The Allocation Analyst is responsible for running weekly replenishment for our own retail stores and managing the entire ordering process for all products.
Supports cluster planning teams to fully execute their product plans and achieve inventory and sales targets.
Responsible to monitor inventory at stores at the cluster level in alignment with seasonal merchandise strategies
Ensures inventory KPIs are met and takes actions in partnership with Planning team, manages inventory transfer process as needed
Acts as system expert and generalist to support the team with ad-hoc tasks and analysis
Works closely with cross-functional partners including Sales, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Business Support and Logistics
About You
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:
4-year University degree
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
Experience with Retail (Fashion and Luxury brands)
Strong willingness to learn and understand Planning and Merchandising
Curiosity to dig into data and to understand cause and effect.
Strong proficiency in data analysis, spreadsheets (Excel) and attention to detail
Ability to develop insights and utilize financial measurements.
Aptitude to learn new technical applications and tools.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.
