As the Amazon Cobrand Strategy Vice President on the Amazon Cobrand team, you will take the lead in managing fast-paced projects that are of high priority to the GM, our organization, and the partner. Your responsibilities will include identifying and driving strategic growth opportunities, supporting the launch of new products and capabilities, and initiating cross-functional projects that are core to the Amazon Cobrand portfolio. These responsibilities will require significant collaboration with business leaders and cross-functional partners across Chase’s Cobrand business.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and drive the strategic priorities for the Amazon Cobrand organization, serving as a thought partner to the GM, leadership team, and team members
- Collaborate with teams members across the Amazon Cobrand organization and functional areas (e.g., marketing, product, data science, finance, risk, and tech) to deliver high priority work
- Scope and structure projects
- Lead teams in project execution to identify issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, and quantify business impact
- Deliver executive-level presentations for Chase and Amazon leadership discussions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, finance, or analytics in the financial services, credit card, or payments sectors
- A high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise in new subjects quickly
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Flexibility to travel to both Chase and Amazon partner sites
