Business Function

As a leader in treasury operations, DBS extends a broad range of capabilities in foreign exchange and derivatives, money market and securities trading, to corporations and financial institutions. DBS trades in a comprehensive product range, including foreign exchange, interest rates, credit, and derivatives.

Global Financial Markets (GFM) provides total solutions to serve DBS clients' hedging and investment needs with a regional emphasis. We have a strong record of providing innovative wealth management solutions to our individual investors. We are a leader in SGD and regional products with excellent customer-driven research capability and an ever-growing distribution network.

Responsibilities

- Asia Credit Trading with a focus on market making and facilitating franchise flow

- Active risk management and expressing market risk views

- Generating trade ideas to engage regional institutional and wealth clients

- Growing the franchise globally and providing regular market updates/commentary to clients

- Partnering internal stakeholders in the primary markets

Requirements

- Minimum 3 to 5 years' of trading or comparable experience in a credit trading risk-focused role

- Proven track record taking and managing risk in a variety of products including Corporate Bonds, Government Bonds, Financial Futures, Index CDS, Single name CDS & Interest Rate Swaps

- Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment

- Strong communication skills
