Role
• Preserve the integrity of the Mastercard brand by ensuring customer performance with Mastercard Rules and Standards• Conduct investigations to support Mastercard performance programs related to illegal activity and violation of Mastercard Standards• Investigate and resolve inquiries from across the business and recommend solutions related to potential rule violations• Must be able to independently identify performance issues, develop a resolution process and coordinate with relevant group or groups which may be impacted• Must be able to think "outside the box" and offer the most efficient and practical solution• Analyze fraud trends and establish/leverage relationships with key stakeholders to develop actions plans to resolve• Assist with training and support to internal/external stakeholders and customers to increase awareness of Mastercard Rules and Standards• Develop and assimilate new processes to enhance performance program initiatives

• Knowledge of electronic payment processing; experience in risk management disciplines• Experience in conducting investigations, ability to clearly document and articulate findings (storytelling), acuity to uncover fine details, strong intuition and emotional intelligence• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, critical thinker able to multitask and follow multi step processes. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently in developing and mapping out solutions, and manage time effectively• Experience, confidence and high level of tact and integrity due to the frequency of communicating with high-level internal and external contacts, as well as, regular exposure to confidential data• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
