About the Position

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst to join our Strategic Growth Team. In this role, you will help develop new concepts and strategies to drive client campaign performance across core advertising networks. You’ll work on content ideation, campaign optimization, data analysis, testing, and reporting, all with the goal of improving performance and scaling client accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Research, source, and manage marketing assets across multiple client verticals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights that support optimization and scale.
  • Assist in developing content and creative concepts based on performance data and emerging trends.
  • Execute campaign optimizations, define KPIs, and support structured testing across platforms.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, Reddit, Taboola, and more.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives including hypothesis development, setup, and interpreting results.
  • Monitor pacing, performance shifts, and delivery trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare reports and performance summaries that translate data into clear narratives and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support creative development and strategic planning.
     

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related internship; interest in performance marketing is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Microsoft Excel; comfort working with data sets, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising concepts such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, and marketing funnels.
  • Interest in testing frameworks and data-driven experimentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity about how creative assets and messaging impact performance.
  • Eagerness to explore AI tools that support creative ideation and campaign analysis.
  • Passion for learning, adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
