Fortune 5 CVS Health has a dynamic opportunity for a Manager, Application Developer (Independent Contributor, non-manager) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the Optimization and Automation initiative in the finance organization. CVS Health is in the midst of a finance transformation and opportunities to improve processes and have an influence on the direction of the company abound.
As the Manager, Application Developer you will have an understanding of processes to be automated using primarily Automation Anywhere, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL Server, and similar applications. You will form part of the Finance Optimization and Automation teams and be critical in all aspects of the robotics and automation initiatives for Finance.

The successful candidate will be well versed in Program Management, Business Partner Engagement, Process Improvement Strategy, etc. Additionally, the candidate will have knowledge of Automation Anywhere or a similar RPA tool and boast a varied tool kit of programming understanding and use case knowledge: SQL, SAP Cloud Analytics and Finance knowledge.
Aligning and collaboration with business partners on problematic manual processes like data entry, manual accounting, data manipulation, functionality gaps in systems, and ineffective manual controls are all examples of some of the tasks that this role could take on.
Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of professional experience within Finance, IT, or Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Automation Anywhere or similar RPA tools.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$92,700.00 - $222,480.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
