Standardized Clinical Implementation
Respond to clinical application needs of regular customers nationwide, arrange training schedules, and deliver standardized training (product operation, clinical application, etc.) via online and onsite methods, ensuring consistency and high quality.

Marketing & Sales Support
Support regional marketing and sales teams with product demonstrations, technical presentations, customer meetings, etc., to improve product adoption and market share among regular customers.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Maintain close communication with sales, marketing, service, and technical support teams to align training content with customer needs and product updates, improving overall service efficiency.

Customer Relationship Maintenance
Proactively follow up on customer feedback and basic application issues, enhance customer recognition of standardized training, and uphold the company’s brand image.

Any Ad-Hoc tasks Assigned by Management.
