Project Overview:
We are seeking an Application Senior Developer to join our 11-Delivery department. This contractor role requires a strong foundation in Java to support and deliver high-impact applications for a new project. The position emphasizes quality development and collaborative problem-solving at the client's location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality through regular reviews and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot any technical issues promptly.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
Mandatory:
- Proficiency in Java development.
- Experience collaborating in a dynamic project-driven environment.
- Up to 8 years of relevant experience in software development.
