As a Vice President, Applied AI Product Manager within the Merchant Services Solutions & Commercialization team, you will help define and deliver AI-powered products that transform how merchants discover, onboard, integrate, operate, and grow with JPMorgan Merchant Services.

The Merchant Services Solutions & Commercialization team is responsible for identifying, incubating, and scaling innovative solutions that accelerate growth, improve client experiences, and unlock new commercial opportunities across JPMorgan Merchant Services. Working across product, engineering, sales, servicing, and client-facing teams, the team brings emerging technologies and market opportunities from concept through commercialization.


Job responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products and experiences leveraging LLMs, agentic frameworks, and workflow automation
  • Identify and size commercial opportunities, including market potential, revenue impact, client value, and strategic fit
  • Define and commercialize AI-driven solutions that improve merchant acquisition, onboarding, servicing, and growth
  • Partner with business leaders, engineers, and data scientists to prioritize, deliver, and scale high-impact AI use cases across the merchant payments value chain
  • Frame early-stage concepts into compelling business cases, including value proposition, ROI, success metrics, and prioritization rationale
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery, from experimentation and pilot execution through production launch and commercialization
  • Establish and track product performance metrics, including adoption, quality, efficiency gains, and client impact
  • Ensure governance, risk, controls, and responsible AI principles are embedded throughout the product lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience delivering AI products leveraging LLMs, APIs, workflow automation, or related technologies
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile delivery methodologies
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, including opportunity assessment, business case development, and performance measurement
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, agentic workflows, AI orchestration frameworks, or GenAI ecosystems
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a highly matrixed environment


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Payments, fintech, financial services, commerce, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred but not required
