  • Partner with growth, product, and content leads to ensure creative is brand-aligned, performance-optimized, and tailored to each channel (paid ads, landing pages, emails, social content, and more.)

  • Partner with the creative operations manager to keep timelines, deliverables, and resourcing on track across the production pipeline

What You Bring:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in visual design, art direction.

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire designers while maintaining a high standard of craft.

  • Competitive cash and equity compensation in a hyper growth, early stage company 🚀.

  • Stipend to set-up your ideal working environment.

  • Competitive Benefit Plans for employees based on your location (e.g. in the US we offer: Medical, dental and vision benefits and the ability to contribute to a 401k plan).

  • Unlimited PTO.
