Assistant Coordinator

Performs routine administrative or technical support functions. Prioritizes assignments and organizes functions to insure effective office or departmental operations. Process and maintains confidential information. May lead and train lower level staff. Performs related work as required.

Coordinates departmental office or technical support functions including organizing clerical or technical support functions and determining priority of tasks to insure efficient departmental functions.

Utilize the Action List to track referrals for radiologic testing and specialty consultation to remove barriers to accessing primary and specialty services.

Determines and secures required resources and support services.

Contacts patients identified through the population Health Dashboard Action list, based on the required clinical core measures.

Prepares and generates routine reports and responses as the request of the BLISS CEO. Determines information required to complete reports and contacts appropriate sources for information. Complies data and prepares statistical information for reports or inquiries.

Maintains and updates databases. Conducts periodic audits to ensure data integrity.

Participates in Pediatric Birthday Card Initiative.

Various tasked assigned by the BLISS CEO.

Generate report of vaccinated and non-vaccinated patients and participate in Vaccine Outreach and Counseling Program

Participates in training activities organized including population health, Action List and other trainings request by the BLISS CEO

Arranges for information technology, such as repairs, setups, hardware upgrades, email, and internet connections through Change Request.

Prepares reports at the request of the BLISS CEO

Participates in Primary Care Physician (PCP) Panel Growth Initiative.

Review all recall alerts from providers

One (1) year administrative experience or equivalent combination of education, training or experience.Completion of a business or technical school program preferred.

High school/ or GED required.
