Provide administrative and clerical support to the Program Director and management, assist with daily program operations, manage client documentation, navigate database systems, and perform tasks using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must work in a busy, multi-tasking environment and maintain required licensing.

Under the supervision of the Program Director the role of the Administrative Coordinator encompasses many things. This position will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Assistant Coordinator include providing support to management, assisting in daily program operations and managing client documentation.

Must have minimum of one year experience in relevant field and,

Long hours sitting and using computer and/or office equipment
Education Requirements: High School Diploma; Associates or Bachelor preferred
Valid driver's license in good standing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation required.
