Oversee day-to-day clinical and programmatic operations of a residential mental health program, ensuring quality of care, fiscal stewardship, staff supervision, clinical assessment and treatment, EHR/data management, and adherence to hospital administrative processes.

Oversee daily operations of an outpatient behavioral health clinic, manage budget and staff supervision, improve performance and access to care, strengthen hospital and community partnerships, promote evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment, and ensure EMR and documentation workflows are maintained.

Support rent and utility collections tracking, vendor invoicing and check requests, maintain vehicle trackers and internal trackers, generate reports, liaise with staff and external vendors, and provide general administrative support.

Part-time psychiatrist performs comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for walk-ins and psychiatric emergency clients, assesses safety and level of care, assigns inpatient/outpatient or substance-use services, writes initial medication orders, and collaborates with psychiatric nurse practitioners and social workers. Provide crisis stabilization and peer support to adults in a short-term residential psychiatric program. Deliver individual and group peer support, teach coping and self-help strategies, connect residents to community resources, and support recovery goals while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Dispense medications and pharmaceutical products for inpatient and outpatient care, monitor medication profiles, provide drug information to staff and patients, and assist in daily pharmacy department operations.

Provide peer support and advocacy in a residential housing program: model recovery, teach coping and self‑help skills, assist clients with appointments and treatment engagement, liaise with providers, and help tenants regain independence.

Provide peer support and advocacy to residential program participants, model recovery and coping skills, facilitate groups, assist clients with daily living skills, monitor progress, and support autonomy and service navigation within the community.

Provide psychosocial rehabilitation to clients with serious mental illness, including assessments, individualized recovery plans, group and individual living-skills training, case management, housing support, multidisciplinary team participation, and required documentation (assessments, progress notes, discharge summaries).

Under supervision of the Coordinator and Operations/Office Manager, collects supported/supportive housing rents and SSI/SSD checks, processes clients' Personal Needs Allowances, oversees utilities accounts, petty cash, travel, agency vehicles, and vendor check requests.

Manage financial records and processes for Opioid Treatment Centers: verify insurance, register patients in NYS Central Registry, estimate fees, prepare and review billing/APG forms, collect payments, prepare deposits, reconcile charges/adjustments, produce billing reports, follow up on delinquent accounts, cover other centers as needed, and complete required trainings and special assignments.

Provide bilingual (Spanish) clinical services and lead program operations at a behavioral health center. Oversee Spanish-speaking referrals, supervise Spanish-speaking therapists, manage productivity, documentation, access-to-care, and collaborate with hospital and community partners to improve program performance.

Provide peer support to tenants in a housing program by organizing social and recreational activities, supporting Tenant Association and MICA groups, escorting tenants to appointments, and helping resolve entitlement issues for case managers.

Provide peer-based support to residents in a mental health residential program: model recovery skills, advocate for clients, assist with appointments and treatment engagement, teach coping and life skills, monitor progress, and help clients access community services.

Supervise case management staff and oversee residential program operations, ensure documentation compliance, manage client benefits and medication adherence, maintain safety and training, prepare monthly reports, and support client community integration.

Provide direct nursing care to psychiatric patients on Psychiatry Hall 2, demonstrating core and primary care competencies for the population served. Full-time day shift (7:30 AM–3:30 PM). Psych experience preferred. Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, licensed in New York, and hold BLS certification.

Assist Program Director managing a residential mental health program: supervise case management staff, ensure documentation compliance, manage client benefits, prepare monthly reports, oversee safety and medication adherence, maintain a clean safe environment, and participate in trainings.

Manage revenue cycle receivables and payer processing for outpatient services, including eligibility, registrations, claim billing/corrections, denials management, cash posting, reconciliations, and payer follow-up. Analyze receivables data using Excel pivot tables, initiate reimbursement projects, coordinate billing workflows across departments, supervise staff, perform performance appraisals, maintain insurance websites, and support Medicare/Medicaid credentialing and other assigned projects to ensure timely, accurate revenue collection.

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Program Director and management, assist with daily program operations, manage client documentation, navigate database systems, and perform tasks using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must work in a busy, multi-tasking environment and maintain required licensing.

Provide per-diem food service for hospital patients and staff in collaboration with registered dietitians. Maintain a clean, safe food service environment and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and mobility within the department.
