Job Title: Assistant Studio Manager

The Assistant Studio Manager role is neither traditional retail nor healthcare – it is the intersection of the best parts of both, resulting in a fun and exciting opportunity. This position will play an instrumental role throughout every client and Peachy studio team member experience. 

The Peachy Assistant Studio Manager will contribute to company growth by leading the studio experience team and supporting overall studio operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Peachy culture and brand. This person will be interpersonally savvy and have the ability to creatively problem solve and learn on the fly. This person embodies integrity, confidence, and is a Peachy role model for the team!


What You’ll Do: 

  • Ensure all company-wide initiatives, operational procedures, and safety protocols are executed within the studio
  • Partner with the Lead Clinical Provider to foster an inclusive culture with both team members and clients in line with Peachy company values
  • Coach a team of Studio Experience Specialists providing in the moment feedback and ongoing development
  • Provide consistent, high-quality service and hospitality to clients, answer questions about Peachy treatment options and promote Peachy after care products
  • Communicate with remote Customer Service team to maintain client schedule, including new client and rescheduled client appointments
  • Ensure completion of studio opening and closing responsibilities
  • Maintain studio appearance: replenishing products, maintaining stock room, cleaning common areas, etc
  • Adhere to infection control standards including, but not limited to: hand hygiene, use of PPE, and equipment disinfection/sterilization. Strong commitment to HIPAA privacy practices

What You Have:

  • 1+ year experience in a leadership/management role in the hospitality, high-end retail or wellness services industry
  • Flexible to work in multiple studio locations within a reasonable distance to your home studio
  • Available to work a Full-Time weekly schedule including four (4) shifts at ten (10) hours each shift. Saturday, Sunday, and some holiday availability is required.
  • Minimum of 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently required to kneel, bend, sit and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift/transport items weighing up to 30 lbs 
  • Operate standard office equipment and technology

The target base pay for the Assistant Studio Manager role in New York, NY is $25.00/hour USD. Peachy may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, qualifications and location. This range may be modified in the future.
