About the Role
We’re hiring an ambitious Associate AE to drive Trullion sales to US finance teams and the Top 500 audit firms. This is an entry-level closing role and a first step into full-cycle sales, sourcing quality pipeline with prospects and taking the best of them through to a close. This is especially exciting now as demand from marketing’s inbound motion is massively increasing and you’ll be the first interaction for many of our 2027 customers.
For your first six months, you’ll focus on working our inbound pipeline and outbounding into US accounts. You’ll continue ownership by running your own discovery calls and demos, and you’ll work deals through the full sales cycle. You’ll get day-to-day mentorship from experienced sales leaders who understand the buying habits within the Office of the CFO and top audit firms, as well as partner closely with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and partnerships. You’ll learn the whole sales motion quickly, and have clear sight on a path into a full Account Executive position.
- Manage inbound pipeline and run targeted outbound (email, phone, LinkedIn) campaigns.
- Book meetings, then take them yourself, so interest turns into conversations quickly.
- Run discovery and demos, build the business case, and manage opportunities through to close.
- Keep accurate pipeline and activity records in Salesforce.
- Support partner events and join campaigns to audit firms when needed.
- Help wherever the office needs it. This is a small team and everyone pitches in.
- 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying B2B SaaS / AI sales role.
- SDR or BDR experience with a record of booking meetings and hitting targets.
- Strongly preferred: Experience in accounting or audit, complemented with CPA certification. Familiarity with lease accounting standards.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LSN, and other pipeline-generating tools.
- Willingness to own a full sales cycle, from sourcing and outbounding to a signed deal.
- Clear, confident communicator in writing and on the phone.
- Ability to work onsite at the NYC office 3 days per week.
Trullion's US salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$180,000 + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
