- Support building the Brand Partnerships Department - focusing on trend spotting and a deep understanding of the key industries that we work on.
- Support on gathering data and insights to develop strategic reporting materials (internal & external) to educate and share knowledge and how this impacts our business.
- Support during Planning Process working with :
- Internal stakeholders ( agency partners & team members ) milestones & deliverables
- Support with data & insights in continuing to position tms as the key stakeholder when it comes to industry expertise .
- Booking in meetings, managing agendas, and taking minutes
- Create and manage multi-disciplinary timelines for all global HM projects, working with delivery leads to ensure they are accurate , achievable, aligned and updated.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
+ 2 years of relevant experience in Project Management and/or Account Management.
