Salary range: An annual salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 is what we expect to pay for this position, based on overall skills and experience.

What You’ll Do:
The Marketing Associate, Business Marketing supports sales teams by delivering timely, relevant marketing materials and coordination for client-facing activities. This role works closely with Sales and Marketing partners to assist with collateral development, presentations, sponsorships, and localized marketing efforts, while ensuring alignment with brand standards and regulatory requirements. As a team player, this role will also include projects that support the broader Marketing & Communications team.
Sales Support & Coordination
- Support sales teams by responding to inbound marketing requests and proactively identifying strategic solutions that are aligned with business and brand priorities
- Serve as a day-to-day marketing contact for sales-related materials and activities
- Assist in translating sales needs into marketing deliverables in partnership with senior marketing team members
Collateral Support & Management
- Assist with the creation, customization, and updating of sales collateral, presentations, and pitch materials
- Ensure materials follow brand guidelines and compliance requirements
- Coordinate review and approval workflows with Creative and Compliance teams
Sales Events & Sponsorships Support
- Support business marketing initiatives such as sponsorships, conferences, and regional activities
- Work with bankers on their annual business development and sponsorship budget forecasts, tracking ROI throughout the year
- Assist with preparation of sponsorship materials including signage, presentations, digital assets, display and merchandise coordination, and follow-up resources
- Support banker-led events, ensuring adherence to brand standards
- Track timelines and deliverables to ensure materials are ready for field use
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Compliance teams to deliver compliant marketing support
- Maintain documentation and organized records for marketing materials and approvals
- Support multiple projects simultaneously with guidance from senior team members
Team Support
- Manage the client marketing authorization process and marketing project trafficking, interfacing with clients and bankers as necessary.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop promotional materials and marketing specifications for new products, in support of senior marketing team members.
- Support projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, sales support, or a related role
- Interest in field marketing, sales enablement, or B2B marketing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively across teams
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Technology Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
- Willingness to learn sales enablement, compliance and additional platforms (e.g., Seismic, Kadince)
- Basic comfort working with digital content and templates
