The AI Engagement Manager is a forward-deployed, hands-on consultant who works with our AI technology partners to deliver consulting services that maximize value realization from Generative AI investments. Embedded across different enterprise client accounts, you will drive seamless execution of AI transformation initiatives, ensuring clients achieve measurable business outcomes through workflow automation and content supply chain innovation.

Working directly with forward-deployed engineers, creative technologists and client teams, you will own tactical delivery coordination—from scrum ceremonies and documentation to enablement rollouts and adoption support. Your expertise in agile methodologies, content operations, and AI-enabled workflows will ensure our technology partnerships deliver exceptional client value and accelerate Code and Theory's leadership in applied AI transformation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Collaborate with creative operations, production, and brand teams to identify and support AI integration across ideation, production, approval, and distribution workflows
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with client requirements
  • Serve as the dedicated delivery lead and main liaison across client accounts — the go-to resource connecting AI engineers and client execution teams for day-to-day coordination
  • Own and facilitate delivery ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, stakeholder check-ins) and manage the agile backbone: Jira tickets, user stories, backlog grooming, and scrum adherence
  • Maintain project schedules and documentation (requirements, solution architecture), tracking milestones and proactively escalating timeline risks
  • Develop training materials, workshop agendas, and enablement content; lead and conduct rollout training/workshops for client teams adopting GenAI solutions
  • Partner with the technology partner's CSM and Enablement resources on comprehensive adoption plans
  • Provide ongoing end-user support during implementation and early adoption
  • Deliver weekly status reports and executive-level dashboards/presentations communicating progress, risks, and business impact to internal and client stakeholders
  • Monitor adoption metrics, user engagement, and progress against business goals, adjusting strategies to remove adoption barriers and improve value realization

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 4–8 years in business consulting, digital strategy, agile pod-based software development lifecycle, enterprise software, AI/ML
  • Proven track record applying AI or automation to complex enterprise workflows (content supply chain, marketing ops, etc.)
  • Experience leading projects in Agile Scrum and commanding knowledge of various project and process applications (Jira, Miro, Confluence, SharePoint, Jira)
  • Experience leading development teams
  • Experience designing pilots, POCs, and roadmaps tied to business-case rigor and measurable KPIs
  • Familiarity with modern content/marketing technologies — DAM, CMS, Workfront, CDP, workflow automation, orchestration, creative tooling
  • Passion for AI and understanding of AI and automation systems for the creation of content.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Express, Firefly, Firefly Services solutions, and GenStudio for Performance Marketing is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders collaborative approach with Adobe account teams and implementation partners
  • Strong change leadership skills — able to influence people, process, and technology
  • Willingness to travel within the US (10–20%)

The compensation range for this role is $145,000 - $175,000 and spans multiple levels. We're open to hiring at the level that best matches the right candidate's experience. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, budget, and location.
