As an Associate Graphic Designer, you will create compelling assets for social media, web, and marketing, ensuring brand consistency and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will work across a diverse range of creative outputs including social media, website assets, and marketing materials, contributing to a broad and evolving design ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to apply a wide creative skillset in a dynamic environment where variety and ownership are core to success.
The Creative Team works as part of the Vectorworks Marketing team on delivering cross-channel creative that supports marketing, digital presence, and brand consistency across the business.
- Design and produce creative assets across social media, website, and marketing channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and a wide variety of design needs
Here is what success looks like:
- Demonstrated experience working across multiple design channels (social, web, marketing), ideally in an agency environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing versatility and range across different formats and styles
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

Compensation:
Annual base salary of 55,000-65,000 USD. Eligible for company performance bonuses.
Salary offer is determined by evaluation of candidate skills and experience during the interview process based on the criteria outlined in the job advertisement above.
