We are seeking a talented individual to join our Qualified Solution Group team. This role will be based in [location]. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. 
 
 In this role, you will review risk analyses and help develop, present, and negotiate underwriting solutions for moderately complex client needs. You will independently respond to client inquiries, support timely production of account documentation, and build strong relationships across insurers/reinsurers, clients, and internal colleagues. 
   
We will count on you to:

 Review risk analyses and develop and present innovative underwriting solutions and approaches for client needs and complex risk situations
Advise clients on moderately complex risks and negotiate transactions to deliver effective placement outcomes
Respond independently to client queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction
Oversee timely production of account/program documents and follow up on policy documentation requirements
Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurers/reinsurers, clients, and colleagues to provide complex solutions to clients
Review contract documents and related forms/terms (including bond forms and banking terms and conditions) and support analysis of client financial statements where required
  
What you need to have:
 
Broad knowledge of coverage lines, markets, and specialized products to support underwriting and placement decisions
Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond independently to client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Proven ability to manage deliverables end-to-end, including documentation production and follow-up to completion
Ability to work independently on assignments while partnering effectively with more senior-level Brokers on larger or more complex clients

The applicable base salary range for this role is $86,100 to $183,300.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
