Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney – New York City - Hybrid Remote
Established more than two decades ago, our firm is a full-service corporate law practice that has grown to include a team of more than 35 experienced attorneys. We advise and represent a diverse client base that includes both U.S.-based and international companies, investors, and institutions. Our work regularly involves complex corporate and securities matters and insurance defense and coverage matters, general corporate governance and advisory work, and sophisticated business litigation.

Job duties:
Work hybrid remote. We have offices in New York City and Nassau County.
- Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting.
- Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
Required:
· NY Bar
· Recent insurance defense experience
