Job Title: Coachtopia – Associate Manager, Community

Primary Purpose / Position Summary

At Coach, we believe better-made things can help create a better-made future—and this starts with how we design, craft and develop our products. Though we’ve always prided ourselves on creating high quality products that are crafted to last, we know we must go further to build a more circular future for fashion. Three years ago, Coach introduced Coachtopia, a brand designed for circularity. In Coachtopia, a sub-brand of Coach, we’re working to address fashion’s waste problem by turning discarded materials into beautiful things.

We are seeking a culturally connected and strategic Associate Manager, Community to support the execution and continued evolution of Coachtopia’s community and creator strategy globally. This role will play an important part in building authentic relationships with a diverse network of creators, advocates, collaborators, and community voices who reflect Coachtopia’s values and help drive meaningful brand engagement.

The ideal candidate is tapped into culture and digital communities, understands how to identify emerging voices and shared-value communities, and has experience supporting creator and community programs that drive authentic storytelling, advocacy, and long-term brand relevance. This individual should thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and be comfortable balancing day-to-day execution, relationship management, cross-functional coordination, and reporting.

This role will work cross-functionally to help ensure alignment across seasonal product stories, brand messaging, and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Community & Creator Strategy

  • Support the execution of Coachtopia’s global community strategy, ensuring talent and community partners authentically reflect the brand ethos and values.

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of community and creator initiatives, from identification and outreach through briefing, launch, and recap.

  • Help build creator-led storytelling and user-generated content opportunities that strengthen brand credibility and foster authentic engagement.

  • Identify and support partnerships with individuals and communities across sustainability, culture, fashion and other spaces that align with Coachtopia’s values and audience.

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for influencer and creator agency partners.

  • Support budget tracking and management for key community and creator initiatives.

Casting & Relationship Management

  • Support casting for the Coachtopia community across a wide range of culturally relevant and values-aligned individuals and groups.

  • Maintain a strong pulse on emerging voices, tastemakers, thought leaders, and community builders shaping culture and conversation.

  • Build and maintain relationships with talent teams, agencies, and key external partners to help keep Coachtopia top of mind.

  • Own outreach and communication on behalf of the Coachtopia brand for select community and creator partnerships.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with the Coachtopia marketing teams to ensure talent briefs and community activations ladder up to seasonal messaging, product priorities, and broader brand vision.

  • Collaborate closely with Global Influencer, Global Social, PR, Creative, Legal, Customer Experience, Buying, and channel owners to support aligned storytelling across touchpoints.

  • Communicate with key channel owners to provide relevant earned and paid assets for use across social, email, e-commerce, and other appropriate platforms

  • Work closely with Legal and external partners on talent agreements, helping ensure all deliverables are clearly tracked and fulfilled.

Community Engagement & Market Execution

  • Support the execution of IRL and digital community engagements tied to key brand moments, launches, collaborations, and cultural conversations.

  • Help bring community programs to life in ways that foster loyalty, participation, and advocacy among diverse groups connected by shared values.

  • Monitor audience and community sentiment to help inform future engagement strategies, content development, and partnership opportunities.

Cultural Relevance & Insights

  • Stay current on emerging trends, platforms, talent, and shifts in community behavior and the creator landscape.

  • Bring forward culturally relevant insights and observations to support campaign planning and brand positioning.

  • Help identify new voices, communities, and partnership opportunities that can strengthen Coachtopia’s relevance and reach.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Own reporting on key community and creator metrics.

  • Track performance against established KPIs for overall community health, as well as for individual initiatives and seasonal campaigns.

  • Support post-campaign recaps with actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts.

Administrative

  • Own and maintain the master Coachtopia community list, ensuring it includes both current and prospective partners.

  • Support execution of talent contracts and track deliverables to ensure all obligations are met.

  • Maintain strong organization across budgets, timelines, reporting, and partnership documentation.

The Accomplished Individual Will Possess

  • BA or BS degree; an equivalent combination of work experience and education will be considered.

  • Relevant experience in community marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent relations, or related fields.

  • Strong initiative, action-oriented drive, and the ability to react quickly with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work with a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities; able to organize, multitask, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to partner effectively across functions and levels.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong desire to learn and grow.

  • Deep curiosity about sustainability, culture, community behavior, and the evolving creator landscape, with the ability to translate insights into relevant brand opportunities.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in platforms such as CreatorIQ, Tribe or similar influencer/community tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with talent agencies, creators, brand partners, and event or activation teams.

  • Familiarity with paid media amplification and cross-channel use of creator content.

  • Passion for storytelling, culture, and building authentic brand communities.

  • Interest in purpose-driven brands, sustainability, and circularity is a plus.
