  • Track and monitor all influencer campaign performance including spearheading recap reports.
  • Make our influencer campaigns smarter and better each season.
  • Keep a pulse on fashion trends, culturally relevant events, entertainment industry and celebrity news.
  • Monitor influencer & social commerce trends, and remain current with the latest social, influencer & community platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising and business strategies to ensure that key product initiatives, events, collaborations, etc. are the foundation for influencer outreach and partnerships.
  • Partner closely with social platforms and internal media teams to create best-in-class, full-funnel programs.
  • Supervise and process product sampling orders through warehouse, online or store pulls.

What You Bring:

  • 4+ year experience of agency or in-house social media or public relations preferred.
  • Experience in building and maintaining influencer relationships.
  • Familiarity with the American Eagle brand and its target demographic.
  • Ability to report on influencer deliverables and results on a weekly, seasonal, campaign, annual and one-off basis.

  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
  • Strong interest in fashion, social media and the Gen-Z zeitgeist.
  • Ability to think creatively and out-of-the-box.
