This role supports a marketing team for T-Mobile Advertising Solutions (T-Ads) and helps drive brand awareness, client engagement and revenue growth across the U.S. market. Your work will span integrated campaigns, educational content, sales enablement and strategic execution of industry events.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to localize global initiatives, develop market-specific materials and ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels. Your contributions will be critical to deepening relationships with existing clients, attracting new prospects and elevating T-Ads’ presence in the U.S.

Job responsibilities:  

  • Collaborate with the U.S. Marketing lead and cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email marketing, events and paid advertising  

  • Develop and execute content across a variety of formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, social media, PR, newsletters, case studies, pitch decks and more  

  • Own localization and ongoing maintenance of marketing collateral, working with the U.S. marketing lead and regional leadership to tailor messaging & details to country-specifics 

  • Support the planning and execution of industry and client events, including logistics coordination, brand governance, sourcing of branded materials, attendee communications and on-site assistance 

  • Partner with client-facing teams to support lead pipeline management and ensure timely, effective follow-up and engagement across U.S. opportunities 

  • Stay abreast of U.S. trends by regularly monitoring relevant publications; conduct marketing research, including competitive landscapes and advertising verticals; and analyze key account data to identify trends and insights 

Education and work experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2-4 years of experience working in media, advertising or ad tech OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)  

  • Robust experience producing an array of marketing materials, including content, copywriting, sales enablement collateral and creative assets (Required)  

  • Proficient in using CRM and CMS platforms (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, etc.) to support marketing initiatives and manage website content (Preferred)  

  • Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation (Preferred)  

  • Hands on experience executing end-to-end events, including logistics management, vendor coordination, contract negotiation, venue sourcing and on-site execution (Preferred)  

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  

  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling copy across formats and audiences (Required)  

  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop marketing materials that align with regional needs (Required)  

  • Impressive verbal and written communication skills (Required)  

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $80,960 - $161,810

National Base Pay Range: $73,600 - $147,100

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. 

The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance.
