Role Overview
The Associate, Marketing Operations supports the implementation and day-to-day coordination of key marketing technology platforms, including Seismic, Wrike, and related processes. This role contributes to how assets, workflows, and marketing processes are organized, maintained, and activated across marketing, sales, and external channels.
As part of the team building and scaling core marketing operations capabilities, this position plays an important role in supporting platform enhancements, process improvements, and operational initiatives across the marketing organization.

What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day Seismic and Wrike operations, including content publishing, workflow maintenance, intake forms, and project tracking.
- Manage the ADA review workflow for designated marketing materials, including accessibility reviews, remediation tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Assist with testing for platform enhancements, integrations, and system updates across Seismic, Wrike, DAM, and other marketing technologies.
- Support Seismic and Wrike adoption by troubleshooting issues, maintaining user documentation, and answering routine questions.
- Manage document and asset uploads in the Toppan Merrill print platform, ensuring version control, accuracy, and compliance until DAM integration is complete.
- Support Marketing Operations initiatives, including records retention, business continuity planning, process documentation, and related activities.
- Coordinate marketing operational processes by managing requests, resolving workflow issues, and supporting process improvements and ad hoc projects.
