About This Role: 

Vivrelle’s Associate, Outbound, is responsible for our outgoing inventory and direct client experience. 

At Vivrelle, our outbound team is the heartbeat of the company. As the final touchpoint before our products reach members, they are responsible for carefully preparing each order and ensuring every product meets our highest standards of quality and condition. From accurate shipping details to meticulous inspections and thoughtful packaging, the outbound team ensures that every piece arrives in pristine condition, reflecting a luxury experience. 

If you are interested in fashion and accessories, this role is especially exciting. You will gain hands-on experience with designer pieces while learning about quality standards, operations, and the inner workings of the luxury fashion industry.

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Cleaning Product Before Shipping: Responsible for ensuring that all products are thoroughly cleaned before they are shipped to our members. This will involve inspecting items for any dirt, dust, or debris, and using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques to ensure that all items are in top condition.

  • Building Member Orders: Responsible for packing member orders and preparing shipping labels. This will involve working closely with the Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure that our members receive their items in a timely manner.

  • Quality Control: Responsible for quality control checks to ensure that all items are accurately cleaned, packed, and labeled according to our standards. This will involve inspecting items for any damage, and ensuring that all packaging materials and member accounts are in good order.

  • Unboxing Effect and Member Satisfaction: Responsible for ensuring that our members receive an exceptional unboxing experience and are satisfied with their product. This will involve carefully packaging items in a way that makes them feel special and luxurious, and proactively addressing any member concerns or issues that arise.

Your Skills and Qualifications Include:

  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail to ensure every item meets quality standards

  • A customer-focused, brand-conscious mindset

  • Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on challenges and contribute to smooth operations

  • Hands-on, flexible approach, ready to step in wherever needed

  • Comfort working with technology in a fast-paced, start-up environment

  • 1–2 years of experience in fashion, luxury, or related operational roles preferred
