Provides assistance to support lawyers by preparing legal documents. Performs routine legal research and compiles data from such references as digests, encyclopedias, practice manuals or other sources. Prepares drafts of contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, employment, and related matters. Maintains file system for annual meetings and drafts documents for such meetings, including notices, proxies, affidavits of mailing, agendas, ballots, shareholders and director's minutes and related memoranda. Typically has client contact to explain documents, or gather and provide information.

What You'll Do:
- Collects and collates information required from a wide variety of sources
- Performs research and analysis on supporting data and information needed regarding various business issues of the organization
- Participates in the research and preparation of pleadings, court forms, reports as well as contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, real estate and other matters
- Must have working knowledge of the law library, state and federal regulations, code sections, legal decisions and Commerce Clearing House volumes
- Assists in customer service functions.
- Acts as the team’s resource and subject matter expert to answer questions and resolve issues
- Monitor general email inbox
- May support sales representatives in account servicing as needed
