  • Monitor deployment pacing across SMA portfolios to ensure adherence to investment guidelines (strategy, geography, sector, concentration limits, etc.)
  • Perform benchmarking and performance attribution analysis across portfolios and underlying investments. Analyze portfolio trends, with consideration for both company-level performance and macroeconomic factors affecting the portfolio, and provide actionable insights to Portfolio Managers and Senior Leadership
  • Develop and maintain analytical tools and models to evaluate historical performance and inform decision-making
  • Oversee data integrity across portfolio metrics including performance, NAV, commitments, unfunded exposure, and cash flows
  • Partner with Portfolio Managers and Client Service teams to support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc client reporting and prospective SMA client materials and presentations
  • Collaborate with Investment, Operations, and Data teams to gather inputs and improve analytical frameworks
  • Lead initiatives to automate processes, enhance data infrastructure, and reduce manual workflows
  • Support special projects aimed at scaling the SMA platform and improving operational efficiency

What You'll Bring:
  • 2-4+ years of experience in private equity, asset management, fund administration, or accounting with exposure to private markets
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skill set with experience in portfolio analytics, modeling, and performance analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong PowerPoint skills required
  • Experience with data systems or database management preferred
  • Familiarity with private markets technology (e.g., DealCloud, iLevel)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Interest in leveraging technology to improve processes and build scalable solutions
  • Four-year college degree; preference for majors in finance, data analytics, economics, or accounting
