Job brief:

Your experiments will reach millions of users within days. You'll see results fast and drive behavior at scale with direct impact on monetization. As one of the most visited web experiences in the world, this is a genuinely unique opportunity and you’ll be directly driving the business.

You'll report directly to the Senior Product Manager for the Web Consumer Platform. You'll get hands-on coaching to deepen your product capabilities while learning to think about the platform as a business, aligning core value with monetization to drive platform profitability.

We're building a high-performing Web team where every member has real accountability and responsibility. You'll own metrics, drive strategy, and make genuine product decisions - not just execute.

The impact you'll make:

  • Drive discovery and delivery of impactful initiatives
  • Design, ship, and analyze growth experiments across key surfaces
  • Partner with our web data scientist to develop sophisticated, data-informed experiment hypotheses 
  • Build new products in collaboration to reduce friction to value and drive engagement
  • Optimize existing growth surfaces
  • Lead cross-functional execution with design, data science, marketing, and strategy/ops to drive alignment across the organization

What you've accomplished:

  • 1-3 years in product management
  • Strong analytical skills - you are able to interpret data and work with data scientists
  • Shipped features with measurable impact
  • Comfortable with experiment design and statistical analysis
  • Excellent communication across functions
  • Design/product sense and a taste for what great looks like visually

Nice to have:

  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms
  • Background with consumer subscription products
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Preset, etc.)

Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
