About The Role

Location: New York City (Hybrid).  In-office at least three days per week (Tues, Wed, & Thurs)
Compensation:  $150,500 – $167,000 OTE (base + variable) + equity + benefits (This range is reflective of level of contribution.  Candidates who fully match what we’re looking for in this role will be at the top of the range.)
About the Role 

Partnering closely with our Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), you will support the development and execution of product launch and enablement programs, ensuring our customer-facing GTM teams -- and ultimately, our external customers -- have the right resources to succeed. This role also includes owning the maintenance of our enablement library. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Go-to-Market Support: Work closely with PMMs on coordination of product launches and development of new enablement materials -- including one-pagers, FAQs, and training materials such as videos that help ensure cross-functional readiness across Sales, Customer Success, Sales Engineering and the broader Marketing team. 
  • Sales Enablement Library & Content Governance: Continuously improve content organization, discoverability, version control, and more so that GTM teams can easily find the latest approved materials. Make routine updates to materials when needed. 
  • Content Development & Upkeep: Create and maintain product marketing content including product webpages, tutorials, blog posts and product newsletters.  

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of full-time experience in Product Marketing or Sales Enablement. 
  • Financial services experience either at a financial institution (buy-side or sell-side) or at a company selling into investment firms. 
  • Supporting product launches or go-to-market initiatives in a cross-functional environment.  
  • Creating, maintaining, and organizing customer-facing materials. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.  
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging.  

Preferred 

  • Experience with AI-powered financial workflows is a strong plus.  
  • Familiarity with knowledge management, content management, or sales enablement platforms.  
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.

  • GTM teams are consistently enabled with high-quality resources. 
  • GTM teams always know where to find the right content.
