We've been featured in Harvard Business Review, TIME, World Economic Forum, Financial Times, Forbes and an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private companies in America. Our clients represent the most diverse and sophisticated enterprise AI implementations globally, including Coca-Cola, Delta, Nestlé, General Mills, Schneider Electric, Deutsche Telekom, AstraZeneca, Prudential, CVS and Bristol Myers Squibb.
Working at Valence means building the team behind one of the fastest-growing companies in enterprise AI. You'll recruit across GTM and technical roles for a business trusted by the likes of Coca-Cola, Delta, and Bristol Myers Squibb; partnering directly with leadership, owning your process end-to-end, and shaping who gets to define what AI-first transformation looks like. The bar is high, and you'll be the one who holds it.
The RoleThis is not your typical RevOps role. As the third hire working directly with our Head of Revenue Operations, you'll architect, build, and maintain our revenue infrastructure through a period of hyper-growth — and turn that infrastructure into leverage by building AI-powered, automated GTM systems.
One half of the job is operator: designing the processes, reporting, and clean systems that let marketing, sales, and CS run fast. The other half is builder: using Claude Code, Clay, n8n, and adjacent tools to turn raw GTM data into personalized, scalable pipeline. There's no rigid roadmap here — just ambitious goals and the freedom to shape how we achieve them. We’ve seen consistent 3x revenue growth year over year, and you'll be instrumental in making it happen again.
What You'll DoBuild the revenue engine. Design and implement scalable processes to improve funnel conversion, objection handling, and pipeline management across marketing, sales, and CS. Own declarative config and reporting in Salesforce and HubSpot (objects, fields, flows, page layouts, approval processes), and keep the broader stack clean, integrated, and efficient.
Orchestrate AI personalization. Build and maintain AI-powered workflows for outbound, event engagement, CS expansion signals, and pipeline hygiene — within brand and voice guardrails.
Run enrichment in Clay. Design canvases for enrichment, ICP/fit scoring, and dedupe. Own provider waterfall logic, and ensure clean inputs and outputs across Salesforce, HubSpot, and the warehouse.
Be the single source of truth. Coordinate the flow of data across our systems — third-party and bespoke alike — to minimize duplicate records and give Marketing, Sales, and CS data they can trust.
Automate the platform. Build and operate non-Salesforce automations for routing, task creation, and signal-driven plays, with robust error handling, retries, and alerting — and help automate workflows across the company as we scale.
Analyze and report. Monitor key metrics, build clear reports, and surface actionable insights that drive decisions across GTM.
Drive demand gen and attribution. Partner with marketing on our event-based strategy by enriching, qualifying, and organizing lists of prospects and buyer signals.
Keep it reliable and documented. Keep automations current as systems evolve, and maintain runbooks so your builds are easy to share and onboard against.
Own the stack. Autonomously maintain our GTM tech stack — third-party tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Gong, and more) plus the bespoke tools built on top — and use it as a data source for new workflows, automations, and tools the GTM teams can act on.
Shape the function. Be a thought partner to the Head of RevOps as the role evolves in the age of AI.
Be the source of truth. Become the definitive source for GTM reporting — marketing KPIs, sales success criteria, and CS client health — and pull leadership-ready reports on the metrics that matter most.
