THE ROLE

Reporting to the Partner - Head of Investor Relations and supporting the firm's Principal and Director-level IR leadership, the Associate/Senior Associate will manage core investor relations execution across capital formation, LP servicing and portfolio reporting. This role is central to ensuring that ARCHIMED's LP base receives world-class service and maintains deep confidence in the firm's strategy and performance.

The Associate/Senior Associate will own specific LP channels, geographic markets or product lines and will carry direct accountability for execution quality, LP responsiveness and the metrics that underpin capital formation success.

  • Capital Formation & LP Relationship Management
    • Support capital formation strategy execution by managing pipeline development, investor meetings and commitment progression for assigned LP cohorts or geographies.
    • Prepare and coordinate investor materials, including fund memoranda, performance packages, strategy updates and investment committee presentations.
    • Manage investor communications calendars and coordinate investor roadshows, including logistics, presentation preparation and follow-up.
    • Lead investor due diligence processes, including DDQ management, legal review coordination and side letter negotiation support.
    • Build and maintain accurate investor tracking databases and pipeline reporting that feed capital formation forecasting and strategic planning.
  • LP Servicing & Reporting
    • Oversee the delivery of LP reporting packages on a quarterly and ad hoc basis, including NAV statements, distribution schedules, performance attribution and portfolio updates.
    • Manage capital calls and distribution processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in coordination with the firm's finance and operations teams.
    • Handle routine LP inquiries and requests, serving as a primary point of contact for administrative and informational needs.
    • Prepare board materials and agendas for Investor AGMs and other LP events, working with senior IR leadership on content and delivery.
    • Support secondary transfer requests, consent documentation and related LP administrative workflows.
  • Investor Engagement & Communications
    • Maintain proactive contact with key LP relationships, flagging developments that warrant discussion and securing feedback on firm positioning and performance.
    • Draft and edit investor communications, including annual letters, market updates and thematic research pieces.
    • Support the firm's external visibility by coordinating attendance at investor conferences, industry forums and advisory board meetings.
    • Monitor competitive positioning, new product developments and market intelligence relevant to capital formation strategy and LP priorities.

Requirements
  • 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in investor relations, LP servicing, capital formation or related roles within private equity, alternative asset management or institutional fundraising. Recent graduates with strong analytical and communication skills may be considered for Associate level.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing investor relationships and capital formation execution, ideally within multi-billion euro or dollar funds.
  • Strong financial acumen and fluency with fund performance metrics, investor reporting standards and the expectations of institutional LPs.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills. Able to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively and deliver under deadline pressure.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and written communication skills. Fluency with institutional IR CRM platforms (Dynamo, Backstop, Altvia or similar) is strongly preferred.
  • Sound judgment, intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in healthcare investment and the private equity industry.
  • Higher education degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related discipline. CFA or MBA preferred but not required.
