About The Role:

As an Associate Support Account Manager, you are beginning your journey as a trusted advisor for Kyriba customers. You focus on learning Kyriba products, developing customer relationship skills, and supporting experienced Support Account Managers while building the technical and business knowledge required for long-term success.


Key Outcomes & Success Measures In your first 12–18 months, success in this role looks like:

  • Successfully completes onboarding and Kyriba training curriculum.
  • Builds positive relationships with assigned customers.
  • Demonstrates ownership of routine customer communications.
  • Achieves Core, Bank, and Cash certifications according to development plan.
  • Learns Support processes, escalation management, and proactive account engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Support assigned customer portfolio alongside experienced SAMs.
  • Participate in customer meetings and document follow-up actions.
  • Monitor customer health and support activity.
  • Coordinate internally with Support Engineers and Product teams.
  • Learn proactive monitoring, reporting, and Success Planning.
  • Maintain accurate customer documentation.
  • Develop technical expertise through certifications and mentorship.

At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness. 

For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is $58,800.00 - $80,850.00 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.
