Job Duties: Responsible for development and improvement of ETF’s, Alternatives, and Mutual Funds that are distributed to Latin American investors. Works on projects relating to Latin American domicile products as well as products that are designed for Latin American clients domiciled in the US and Europe. Identifies and evaluates new product opportunities and manages projects and initiatives. Supports local ETF’s, cross-listed ETF’s, and alternatives products, taking part in the full life cycle of financial products, including product design, implementation, ongoing maintenance, product improvement, product education, product marketing, and distribution initiatives. Evaluates new product ideas for commercial viability, communicating to investors key product attributes and features. Owns the project management of ongoing development in local regional ETF product range (Mexico, Colombia and Brazil). Leads development initiatives for US and UCITS iShares ETF’s. Assists in expanding the cross-listing platform into new markets in Latin America. Partners with teams across BlackRock to identify and evaluate new product ideas. Takes part in projects that are expanding the BlackRock alternatives platform in Latin America. Partners with sales and investment teams to support product offering.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in business, law, finance or related field, and 24 months of experience in job offered, or as a financial analyst, or closely related role. Requires two years of experience in the following: Performing financial modeling on new or existing financial products, including analysis on expected cash flow, expected returns, and turnover; Experience leading projects to launch or improve Latin American ETFs and Mutual Funds and collaborating with Trading, Portfolio Management, Operations, and Legal; Experience working in Latin American markets or with Latin American domiciled financial instruments; Performing tax impact analysis on optimal location for product domiciles; Requires one year of experience in the following: Bloomberg financial software, Excel and PowerPoint. Requires written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$120,000.00 - USD$155,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
