About the Role
We are seeking a self‑directed, client‑focused Assurance Services Consultant to help ProcessUnity customers maximize the value of their investment and advance their third‑party risk and GRC programs. In this role, you will partner closely with clients to strengthen their use of the ProcessUnity platform, provide strategic guidance, and drive long‑term program success.

The ideal candidate brings excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and a passion for enhancing the customer experience. Success in this role requires confidence, motivation, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with clients to maintain, grow, and optimize their use of the ProcessUnity platform.
  • Deliver best‑practice guidance and strategic recommendations to drive post‑implementation success.
  • Facilitate working sessions focused on enablement, configuration, and program strategy.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients while supporting colleagues on complex or enterprise‑level engagements.
  • Gather and translate client requirements into actionable configuration and workflow solutions.
  • Configure client environments using sound judgment and creative problem‑solving approaches.
  • Lead enablement sessions to promote adoption of platform features and best practices.
  • Address moderately complex customer inquiries; proactively escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, and Support teams to ensure client health and alignment.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and support their ongoing program maturity.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable advisor, helping clients leverage ProcessUnity effectively.
  • Manage workload within defined hours while meeting deadlines and engagement goals.
  • Contribute to client retention, satisfaction, and growth initiatives across the organization.

Desired Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, consulting, or client services role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.  
  • Experience supporting large, cross‑functional teams or complex engagements preferred.
  • Strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to understand business goals and challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Process‑oriented, with an eye for continuous improvement and customer experience optimization.
  • MS Excel experience, specifically, hands on experience with expression writing, function knowledge, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate within a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative in acquiring new skills and product knowledge.
  • Ability to reverse‑engineer solutions and assess downstream impacts.
  • Experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) strongly preferred.


Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 depending on experience
