The Opportunity
As an AWM Operations - Functional & Industry Technology Project Delivery - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm.
In this role, you will be part of our Asset & Wealth Management Operations sector, working within our Business & Supply Chain Operations network. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. By validating outcomes with clients and sharing alternative perspectives, you will drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your commitment to excellence and strategic advising will be instrumental in achieving operational excellence and delivering value to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Leading the delivery of business application consulting services to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing software solutions to support strategic objectives
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Guiding teams through complex problem-solving and strategic planning initiatives
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to enhance project delivery
- Directing teams through ambiguous and challenging situations with composure
- Developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive high-performing teams
- Innovating processes to drive operational excellence and project success
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster team development
- Making informed decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards within the firm
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating advanced skills in business data analytics and strategic planning

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
