Job Title: AWS Cloud Solutions Architect / Cloud Engineer
Location: 2 Broadway
Duration: 12 months
Notes: This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite / 2 days remote).

Job Description
  • This role focuses on designing cloud architectures primarily for Oracle Cloud along with AWS, Azure, frameworks, governance models, and cloud standards for the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, multi/hybrid‑cloud architectures.
  • This role may require guiding engineering teams or supplementing their skill sets. A strong foundation in AI technologies supported on the platform is must along with on‑premises infrastructure is essential due to hybrid integrations and migration initiatives.
  • Candidate should be able to demonstrate use of AI. The organization is also planning to expand Infrastructure‑as‑Code capabilities.
Skills/experience of the assigned staff:
Required

•  OCI: 6–9 years
•  Azure / AWS / GCP: 1–2 years each (nice to have)
•  AI technologies available on the any platform
•  Hybrid Infrastructure: 4–6 years
•  Cloud Networking: 4–6 years
•  Cloud DevOps / Automation: 4–6 years
•  Cloud Security: 2–3 years
•  Cloud FinOps: 1–2 years
•  Architecture Documentation (Visio or Abacus): 2–3 years
•  Deep expertise in cloud platforms, services, governance, frameworks, and best practices

  • Proficiency in OCI is mandatory. The architect will focus on developing architectures, standards, and governance models for the OCI platform. Experience across other cloud providers is a plus for multi‑cloud initiatives.

  • Extensive experience with cloud servers and environments with configuration, patching, network and VLAN configuration, backups, system monitoring and alerts.
•  Cloud Platforms, Oracle Cloud (OCI), AWS, Azure, GCP
•  Database Technologies: Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, Golden Gate, RMAN, Database licensing
•  Product Architecture and roadmap, its assessment
•  Linux or network administrator skills a plus
•  Platforms: Exadata, ExaCC, ExaDB-D, Exascale, DBaaS, OEM
•  Architecture: High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Multi-Cloud Architecture.
•  Automation: Terraform, Ansible, API/CLI automation
•  SRE & DevOps: Monitoring, Observability, SLAs/SLOs/SLIs
