Who We Are

Audicus is a health-tech company based in New York City. We are changing the hearing aid industry with a leading telehealth solution that streamlines the hearing care experience from user testing to product delivery - both for consumers and providers. We are highly mission-driven and have reconnected, transformed and empowered tens of thousands of lives to date

THE ROLE
We are looking for a B2B Account Executive to join our vibrant team as a full-cycle closer -- someone who owns a book of new-logo accounts from first conversation to signed contract. This person will drive new partnerships with corporate employers, public organizations and labor unions, with a focus on growing Audicus's presence in the hearing benefit space.

Audicus has built strong initial traction in Corrections, PACE and Labor Unions, and is now expanding into Corporate Employers, Public Organizations, Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC/LTSS), Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP) and Tribal Health. This role will focus on Corporate Employers, Public Organizations and Labor Unions, building on our early union wins and helping write the playbook where we haven't.

This role is ideal for a hunter who loves the full sales cycle: building pipeline from scratch, navigating multi-stakeholder decisions and closing. Self-starters who can think strategically about a market, build lasting relationships and consistently close deals will particularly enjoy this role.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a company that is disrupting an industry and is making a lasting positive social impact in people's lives. The candidate will report directly to the Head of B2B Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and close a pipeline of new-logo accounts across your assigned verticals, from prospecting through contract signature.
  • Build your book of business from the ground up through outbound prospecting, referrals, channel partners (brokers, benefits consultants, TPAs) and industry networking.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes -- HR and benefits leaders, union leadership and trustees, procurement and executive decision-makers -- including RFPs and formal procurement where required.
  • Tailor Audicus's hearing care offering to each vertical's priorities, from employee and member experience and benefits differentiation to cost containment and compliance.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms in partnership with the Head of B2B Sales.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring clear visibility into bookings and deal progression.
  • Represent Audicus at conferences and industry events to build pipeline and strengthen our brand presence in target markets.
  • Coordinate closely with Account Management on the handoff from new-logo close to onboarding and ongoing account health.
  • Bring market feedback back to the team to help refine our sales playbook for each new vertical.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years as a full-cycle closer carrying -- and exceeding -- a quota.
  • Experience selling into employer benefits, labor unions/Taft-Hartley funds or the public sector, including working with brokers and benefits consultants.
    • Experience with hearing or other voluntary/supplemental benefits (vision, dental) strongly preferred
  • Existing relationships in one or more of our target verticals are a big plus.
  • Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals; experience with RFPs and public procurement is a plus.
  • Experience opening a new market or vertical -- comfortable building pipeline where there is no playbook yet.
  • Early-stage startup experience, ability to work with constrained resources and get creative, is a huge plus.
  • Fast-paced team players that are methodical, hands-on problem solvers.
  • Comfortable traveling for conferences and client meetings.

Compensation: $80 - 110K annually Base + uncapped commission (OTE ~$130-160K at full ramp) - compensation dependent on experience and location

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance (Aetna), 401K, Flexible PTO policy, Commuter Benefits, Additional Wellness Perks, Parental Leave Policy

FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt – This position is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
