Pubity Group is a social-first media and entertainment company, home to a portfolio of brands including Pubity, Memezar, Film Seal, TEO, Fluffy and OFC, alongside a growing slate of original shows. We reach a Gen Z audience at scale, and we work with some of the biggest brands in the world to do it.

We're looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join our Studio team.

Our commercial story and values are solid, but they're not reaching the market consistently. You'll get our message out through press, industry events, awards and commercial materials so our sales team can close deals.

This is execution work, the strategy's done, you're bringing it to life. You'll have around five years of B2B marketing experience, ideally from an agency, social publisher or media business and you understand how this industry speaks to itself. You're comfortable running multiple workstreams at pace without dropping quality.

Key responsibilities:

  • Decide which industry events we should be present at and in what capacity (Cannes Lions and beyond), then lead delivery to drive revenue.

  • Manage a PR partner to secure press coverage, bylines and speaking opportunities for our senior leadership team, setting targets and owning delivery.

  • Own our B2B presence on LinkedIn and other relevant channels, ensuring output aligns with our brand and serves a clear commercial purpose.

  • Ensure all marketing touchpoints reflect consistent messaging.

  • Project manage commercial marketing materials, including company sizzles and go-to-market content, from brief through to delivery.

  • Lead our awards programme end-to-end, from identifying entries worth making through to submission and deadline management.

  • Handle requests for merchandise and branded materials, overseeing production and quality control.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally from an agency, social publisher or media business.

  • A track record of managing PR activity, either directly or through agency and freelancer partnerships.

  • Experience coordinating awards submissions or similar deadline-driven processes involving multiple stakeholders.

  • You can project manage the production of marketing materials like sizzles, decks and one-pagers from brief to delivery.

  • You're confident running a B2B LinkedIn presence with clear commercial intent, not just maintaining a content calendar.

  • You're organised and can run multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing quality or momentum.

  • You understand how the media, social publishing or agency industry talks to itself: what counts as newsworthy, which awards matter, which events are worth the travel.

Nice to have:

  • Existing relationships with trade press or industry award bodies in the social/media space.

  • Experience marketing a multi-brand portfolio.

  • Exposure to both UK and US commercial markets.

What success looks like:

You deliver consistently. You're efficient with briefs and won't let deadlines slip. You care about detail on a merch order the same way you care about a press release headline because both carry the Pubity Group name.

Pubity Group is committed to fostering equal opportunities within our organisation. We are dedicated to building a diverse workforce at every level, and we warmly invite all community members to pursue openings with us.
