Lead commercial strategy and revenue growth for a defined industry vertical, personally close high-value social advertising, influencer, and sponsorship deals, build C-suite and agency relationships, mentor sellers, own forecasting and pipeline, collaborate with internal teams to deliver pitches, and represent Pubity Group externally. Frequent client travel required.

Support delivery and execution of branded content campaigns: coordinate timelines and assets, liaise between clients and internal creative teams, manage client communications and meetings, monitor campaign performance and reporting, and assist with market research and identifying commercial opportunities.

Lead end-to-end branded social content from brief to delivery across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook and X. Develop audience-first ideas, build and present creative proposals, lead pre-production (scripts, storyboards, treatments), collaborate with production to deliver on time and budget, and mentor junior creatives.

Own end-to-end delivery of branded content campaigns as primary client contact: align strategy with KPIs, brief creatives, manage production and approvals, monitor performance and optimizations, deliver reports, and support account growth and renewal opportunities.
