We are a rapidly growing, full-service corporate and luxury travel management company specializing in helping businesses and high-value travelers simplify, optimize, and elevate the way they manage travel. As a trusted partner to organizations with complex and significant travel needs, we provide a combination of personalized service, industry expertise, and innovative technology to manage corporate travel from end to end.

The company has been in business for approximately seven years and has established offices in both Miami and Brooklyn. With a team of approximately 15 employees, we operate in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where individual contributions have a direct impact on the company's growth. We are now looking to add a highly driven B2B sales professional to our corporate travel team who can help expand our client base and identify new opportunities with companies that have significant corporate travel spend.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales professional who thrives in a growth-oriented environment and wants to play a meaningful role in building the next stage of a successful company.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our corporate travel team. The primary objective of this role is to identify, engage, and develop relationships with companies that spend at least $250,000 annually on corporate travel, ultimately generating qualified opportunities and converting them into new business.

The ideal candidate is a true hunter and business developer who is comfortable taking ownership of the entire sales process. You will be responsible for researching and identifying target companies, finding the appropriate decision-makers, initiating conversations, qualifying opportunities, generating meetings, developing relationships, and helping drive deals through to close.

You should be equally comfortable prospecting for new business and closing opportunities. This role requires someone who is proactive, persistent, commercially minded, and capable of creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come in. You will use a variety of channels—including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, industry events, trade shows, referrals, and other creative prospecting strategies—to get in front of the right decision-makers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales and business development, with a demonstrated ability to identify high-value prospects, engage senior decision-makers, build relationships, and convert opportunities into revenue. Experience selling corporate travel, travel management services, or related services is beneficial, but the most important qualities are proven B2B sales ability, strong prospecting skills, and a track record of driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic B2B prospecting plan focused on companies with significant corporate travel requirements and annual travel spend of at least $250,000.
  • Research and identify target companies that fit the organization's ideal client profile.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers responsible for corporate travel, procurement, finance, operations, human resources, executive administration, and related functions.
  • Conduct consistent outbound prospecting through cold calling, personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, industry events, trade shows, referrals, and other business development channels.
  • Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities with prospective corporate clients.
  • Initiate conversations with prospective clients to understand how they currently manage corporate travel, including their existing travel management providers, internal processes, pain points, and areas for improvement.
  • Ask effective discovery questions to uncover business needs, identify opportunities, and determine whether a prospect is a strong fit.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and maintain consistent activity throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop trusted relationships with prospects and position the company's corporate travel solutions based on each client's unique needs.
  • Manage prospects through the sales process, from initial outreach and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure prospective clients receive a compelling and customized solution.
  • Effectively communicate the value of a comprehensive corporate travel management solution, including service, support, technology, efficiency, traveler experience, and potential cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of prospect activity, sales opportunities, follow-ups, and pipeline progression.
  • Attend relevant networking events, conferences, trade shows, and industry functions to build relationships and generate new business.
  • Develop creative approaches to reaching difficult-to-access decision-makers and opening doors within target accounts.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects and nurture relationships over longer sales cycles when appropriate.
  • Take ownership of revenue generation and contribute directly to the company's overall growth strategy.
  • Identify new markets, industries, and potential client segments that could represent opportunities for expansion.
  • Continuously refine prospecting and sales strategies based on market feedback, performance, and results.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership and the broader team while maintaining a high degree of independence and ownership over your pipeline.
  • Represent the organization professionally and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or new business development.
  • Demonstrated success generating new business through proactive prospecting and outbound sales efforts.
  • A proven "hunter" mentality with the ability to identify opportunities and create conversations from the ground up.
  • Experience making cold calls and conducting outbound email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong ability to research target accounts and identify the appropriate decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to businesses and engaging with multiple stakeholders within an organization.
  • Strong prospecting, networking, relationship-building, and closing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales cycle from initial outreach through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Must be comfortable with a high level of rejection and able to remain persistent and motivated throughout the sales process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand a prospect's business challenges and effectively communicate solutions that address those needs.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, competitive, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of sales activity and results.
  • Experience selling corporate travel, travel management, business services, professional services, SaaS, or other complex B2B solutions is a plus.
  • Existing relationships or experience within industries with significant corporate travel spend is highly desirable.
  • Experience attending or leveraging trade shows, conferences, networking events, and industry associations as business development channels is preferred.
  • Must be both a prospector and a closer—someone who enjoys opening doors but also has the ability and confidence to convert qualified opportunities into new clients.
  • A growth-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial approach to business development.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $100,000–$150,000, commensurate with experience and demonstrated B2B sales performance.
  • Highly attractive commission opportunity tied directly to new business generated.
  • Commission structure includes 25% of the profit generated from sales, providing significant upside for a successful producer.
  • Opportunity to earn substantial additional income based on individual performance and the value of new business secured.
  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth and expansion of an established and growing corporate travel organization.
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with significant autonomy and visibility.
  • Opportunity to work with a growing team and contribute to the development of the company's corporate travel business.
  • Access to offices in Miami and Brooklyn, with work arrangements and expectations to be discussed during the interview process.
